About us

C2.0 is a company created by two like-minded individuals, who, together possessed a strong number of competences relating to all levels of the supply chain. Today, the firm is pleased to count 12 experienced consultants in various fields of supply chain expertise.

After decades spent among important organizations and consulting firms, they were well-equipped and accustomed to all the challenges that are faced by managers within a company. With their holistic approach and their team of creative individuals, who are always ready to overcome the challenges thrown their way, C2.0 offers all the services to allow the implementation of best practices.

C2.0 collaborates with high performance organizations both within Canada and abroad. Mandates include the evaluation and conception of strategies right up until their application.

Président & Fondateur / Consultant en chaîne d'approvisionnement

Président fondateur de Conseil 2.0, Daniel Vendette compte plus de 30 années d’expérience auprès d’organisations internationales, dans l’amélioration des fonctions de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, de transport et de logistique, et ce tant au niveau opérationnel, tactique que stratégique.

Daniel joue un rôle actif dans la communauté canadienne de la logistique. Conférencier sur des sujets logistiques, Il est président sortant de la section montréalaise de l’Institut canadien du trafic et du transport (CITT).

Daniel a négocié d’importants mandats pour des firmes à travers le monde et dans une multitude d’industries. Ses compétences clés sont notamment en transport, distribution, sous-traitance, service client et en gestion de projets ERP.

Afef a eu une grande implication dans un nombre de projets variés, au sein d’importantes compagnies telles que Jenaco, Moisson Montréal et Walmart. Ces clients lui ont permis d’utiliser et perfectionner ses aptitudes en optimisation du réseau de distribution, gestion des appels d’offres et en analyse de données.

Grâce à sa grande persévérance, elle est bien équipée pour mener à terme ses projets.Elle a de l’expérience en tant que responsable de chaîne d’approvisionnement, en enseignement et en recherche et elle travaille fréquemment avec des logiciels tels que Power BI et CSO.

Elle dispose de PhD en logistique et en mathématique.

Éric Blanchette-Ouellet

Éric Blanchette-Ouellet est un gestionnaire et conseiller d’expérience bilingue avec une profonde connaissance de l’approvisionnement public, de la gestion de l’information, du développement des marchés et des relations avec la fonction publique.

Dynamique, empathique et orienté vers les résultats, Éric a assuré, pour plusieurs clients, l’optimisation des processus d’achats, des inventaires et de la fonction achats, et a participé à l’élaboration et à la mise à jour de l’encadrement légal, réglementaire et administratif de l’approvisionnement public québécois.

Éric a aussi coordonné l’implantation d’un système d’échange de documents électroniques (EDI) avec les fournisseurs et le réseau de la santé. À ce titre, il a collaboré de nombreuses années avec GS1 Canada afin d’établir les guides d’utilisation de l’EDI et du GDSN en santé au Canada.

Éric est chargé de cours au Cégep Garneau et au cégep de Lévis-Lauzon, offrant principalement des cours sur le processus d’achats, la gestion des stocks, le droit des contrats ainsi que l’utilisation des logiciels appliqués à la gestion des ressources humaines.

Au cours de sa carrière, Éric a œuvré au sein de plusieurs conseils d’administration, dont celui de l’Association Québécoise de la Logistique et de l’Approvisionnement du Secteur de la Santé (AQLASS) et celui du Healthcare Supply Chain Network (HSCN), en plus d’avoir présidé celui du Conseil Canadien des Marchés Publics (CCMP) pendant quelques années.

Consultante en chaîne d'approvisionnement

Oumaima est Bachelière en Ingénierie Industrielle, titulaire d’une maîtrise en Optimisation des Systèmes Industriels et Logistique, et actuellement, elle prépare sa maîtrise à l’École de Technologie Supérieure en Génie de la Production Automatisée.

Durant son parcours académique, Oumaima a été impliquée dans plusieurs projets de modélisation, simulation et optimisation des flux de la chaîne logistique et de gestion de stock. Elle a aussi mis en application ses acquis via divers stages en gestion de la qualité des systèmes et en amélioration continue.

Son habileté dans la recherche est un atout important dans l’équipe. Notamment dans le secteur de la construction, Oumaima permet d’accompagner un de nos clients dans un projet de Recherche et Développement. À travers cette initiative novatrice, elle démontre directement ses capacités en logistique et valorise ses connaissances en gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement.

En plus de sa conscience professionnelle, Oumaima se fait apprécier par la convivialité de sa personnalité, son enthousiasme et adaptabilité.

Romain Brajeul est un professionnel dans le domaine de l’approvisionnement depuis plus de 13 ans. Son profil analytique, sa créativité et son aptitude à gérer les transitions de changement lui ont permis d’évoluer dans des compagnies de renommée mondiale. Il exerce son expertise dans le domaine des achats et de la logistique (transport, douane et conformité) sur des projets complexes. Son expérience en gestion d’équipe et en développement de produits lui permet de couvrir l’ensemble du processus de production.

Cassiane has ten years of experience in the automotive industry and six years of project management experience with multinational companies such as Volvo, Bosch and Electrolux. Determined, dedicated and resilient, she is motivated to offer you her professional services to meet your needs.

Audrey Lépine

Supply Chain Consultant

Audrey is a highly motivated junior logistics analyst. She will soon have a bachelor’s degree in operations and logistics engineering. She also has the lean six sigma green belt training and the Llamasoft Supply Chain Design level 1. She is passionate about logistics and continuous improvement projects.

Noémie Bilodeau

Supply Chain Consultant

Noémie Bilodeau holds a masters in operations management from the Université du Québec à Montréal. During her professional career, Noémie acquired various experiences in supply chain and supplier management, process reengineering, S2P and VMS system implementation. Passionate, pragmatic and team work oriented, she makes sure to develop and use methodologies aligned with project requirements.

While working in complex industries such as food industry and aerospace, Noémie was able to develop problem solving skills and can easily adapt to any industry constraints.

Pierre St-Jean

Supply Chain consultant

Holder of a bachelor in administration, Pierre has more than twenty-five years of experience in supply chain.

Throughout his career, he contributed to making complex projects in private and public procurement a success. He occupied several positions such as procurement national director at Abitibi-Price (Toronto), procurement director at Arcelor Mittal (Contrecoeur) and  head of department for the city of Montreal.

Julien Trochu, PhD

Supply Chain Consultant

Julien Trochu graduated as an engineer and also holds a PhD in Logistics from the École de Technologie Supérieure de Montréal (ETS). Before that he also graduated as an engineer from the Université de Technologie de Troyes (France). Julien’s research work (articles and conferences) are accessible in various international renown magazines and papers.

He acquired his professional experience through several projects in various companies, especially among the municipal waste and the CRD industries (construction, renovation, demolition).

Julien is an expert in logistics network design and optimisation, and is certified since 2021 on Coupa Supply Chain Guru X.

Romain Nulli

Romain Nulli is a procurement and supply chain consultant. He is mainly involved in procurement processes, inventory management, and information system implementation. With a master’s degree in international trade and supply chain, his analytical skills, organization, and benevolence, he will be able to help you make your projects a success.

His apprenticeship in the high-end manufacturing sector allowed him to increase his level of expectations and his organization skills to carry out all types of projects.

Romain is highly appreciated for his personality, his constent smile and can easily adapt to various environments.

Carolyne Lapierre

Carolyne holds a master’s degree from les Haute Études commercial (HEC Montreal). Her professional experience includes continuous improvement, procurement, system implementation and strategic analysis.

Carolyne was a business analyst for two years before beginning her master’s and was a logistic operations analyst for over a year and half before becoming a consultant. 

Her interpersonal skills allow her to quickly gain the trust and collaboration of those she works with. She is known for being dedicated and rigorous in her work.

President founder of C2.0, Daniel has more than 30 years of experience with international organizations, improving functions of Supply Chain, Transport and Logistics. His experiences are as much in an operational level than tactical and strategical aspects.

He plays an active role in the canadian logistics community. Speaker in logistics conferences, Daniel is the outgoing President of Montreal’s section of the Canadian Institute of Traffic and Transportation (CITT)

Afef Bouguerra has been heavily involved in a variety of projects. Her involvement with clients such as Jenaco, Moisson Montréal and Walmart has provided her with numerous opportunities to exercise and excel through her skills in optimization of the distribution network, managing tenders, and data analysis.

Gifted with her incredible perseverance, she is well prepared to see any challenge through to its end.

She has experience in supply chain management, teaching and research and frequently works with software such as Power BI and CSO.

She holds a PhD in Logistics and Mathematics.

Éric Blanchette-Ouellet is an bilingual and experienced manager and consultant with a stron gknowledge of public procurement, information management, market development and business relations with public entities.

For various clients, Eric has worked to optimize procurement processes, inventory management and even the position of procurement inside the organization. He has also contributed to updating the legal framework of public procurement in Quebec.

A few years ago, Eric has helped the Quebec healthcare network to implement EDI with its suppliers. In this position, he worked closely with GS1 Canada in establishing the EDI and GDSN guides for healthcare in Canada.

Eric also teaches for Cégep Garneau and Cégep Lévis-Lauzon, mainly Procurement and Logistics courses, but also Contract Law, and the use of the Office suite.

During his career, Eric has been a director on many Boards, such has the Healthcare Supply Chain Network (HSCN) Board and the Association Québécoise de la Logistique et de l’Approvisionnement du Secteur de la Santé (AQLASS) Board, and has chaired the Canadian Public Procurement Council (CPPC) for a few years.

Oumaima possess a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, a master in Operations and Supply Chain Management. Currently, she’s preparing a Master of Science in Automated Manufacturing Engineering at École de Technologie Supérieure (ÉTS).

During her studies, Oumaima was involved in many projects related to supply chain management such as networks modeling, simulation, and optimization, as well as projects related to inventory management. She also has shown her skills throughout different internships where she contributed in the system quality management and in continuous improvement.

Her research skills are an important asset for our team. Particularly, in the construction sector, Oumaima assists one of our clients in a Research and Development project. This innovative initiative allows her to show her abilities in logistics and develop her knowledge in supply chain management.

In addition to her professional conscience, Oumaima is appreciated for her friendliness, her enthusiasm and adaptability.
